DOSTAS International Maritime Seminar 2024 (DIMS 2024) is scheduled for August 16-17, 2024, in Cochin, India. As the fourth edition following the success of DIMS 2022, it promises to be one of India’s largest and most comprehensive marine exhibitions and conferences. The theme for DIMS 2024 is “Navigating the future of Indian Maritime Industry”.
Since its inception in 2018, DIMS has been a prominent platform bringing together maritime professionals worldwide. It offers a robust platform for sharing ideas, networking, and consensus-building on topics crucial to shaping the future of India’s maritime industry.

ABOUT DOSTAS
The Department of Ship Technology Alumni Society (DOSTAS) is the alumni association of the Department of Ship Technology at Cochin University of Science & Technology, India, comprising over 1000 Naval Architects. Established in 1974, the Department of Ship Technology (DOST) will celebrate its Golden Jubilee in 2024. DOSTAS was formed in 2017, and the DOSTAS International Maritime Seminar (DIMS) was envisioned as a biennial two-day event to foster unparalleled information exchange, showcase cutting-edge technical innovations, explore business opportunities, and address trends and issues critical to future strategies in the Maritime Industry landscape.
